• Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged from the consumer.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for all returned products.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in adequate condition for restocking, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 for treats and supplements. Please note that feed bags and bulk feed are excluded from this offer.

Order Processing Orders placed by 10:00 AM MST will be processed and shipped the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. Please be aware that taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
